Course Overview
This course covers preparing the school’s pastoral arrangements for the new academic year, new student intake and associated activities.
The course will take approximately 4-5 hours to complete.

- creating a new academic year
- making pastoral structure adjustments
- performing the pastoral promotion
- running new intake routines including admissions transfer file (ATF) and common transfer file (CTF)
- printing registration groups
- processing leavers
- carrying out general housekeeping.

How do I purchase the course?
To purchase this course via your school/organisation you can pay by invoice. Please E-mail: t[email protected] specifying if you have a purchase order and which course(s) you wish to purchase. We require the name and address of the person paying for the course. If you are in a school this may be your Finance department. If you are purchasing a course for another member of staff, we will also need their name for the certificate and their email address to enroll them on the course. The student will receive an email once the course is available to access.
To purchase this course privately you can pay by bank transfer. Please contact our Finance team on 0345 2226802 to make a bank transfer. The course will be accessible on receipt of payment. We need your full name and an email address to enroll you on the course.
